2. Retreat Booking and Payment
● Full payment is required to reserve your spot unless otherwise stated
● All prices are listed in USD
● Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
● All payments are non-refundable
● If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person with approval
● If MagickAll cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund

● This retreat is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
● You participate voluntarily in all activities

● MagickAll reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if necessary

This retreat is held at Mercy Conference and Retreat Center. Please note that there is currently no elevator access due to replacement. Guests must be able to use stairs. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

16. Release of Liability / Waiver
By booking and participating in this retreat, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily taking part in activities that may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to movement, outdoor activities, and group experiences.
You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless MagickAll LLC, its owner, and any associated facilitators or venues from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in this retreat.
